Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, money order, cashier's check or personal check (10 day hold on all personal checks). Shipping

Shipping costs shown are for delivery in the United States. For a shipping quote for international shipments or any delivery outside the United States - Please email us at: support@boomchairstore.com.

Most products are shipped ground via UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or USPS. Some oversized items ship via freight.

Returns & Refunds

To minimize returns, please examine the description of the product carefully before you place an order. If you have any questions, email us at support@boomchairstore.com

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase, within 30 days, for a refund (shipping is not refundable). All products must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. Email us at support@boomchairstore.com for a return authorization number and instructions on returning products.

ALL Merchandise is brand new and is covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
